I am Shramana, a Transformational Life Coach and HR leader, working with ambitious individuals and organisations to turn the stories they've been told about themselves into the fuel they need to run their show.Whether you're stuck in your own head, running on empty, stepping into leadership, or simply craving a coach who shows up as a real human — you're in the right place.

I have spent a decade as an HR leader across two continents, building people strategies, shaping cultures, and sitting across the table from hundreds of professionals at every stage of their journey.
I've been in the rooms where hiring decisions are made, where promotions are debated, where burnout quietly begins.
That experience gave me an interesting perspective; I don't just understand human potential in theory. I've watched it play out, up close, in real organisations, under real pressure.
And I've seen what happens when someone finally peels back the label — when they stop seeing themselves through the story they were handed and start seeing themselves clearly, perhaps for the first time.
Everything changes.
Now I bring that inside knowledge into my coaching practice, woven together with mindfulness, positive psychology, and the deep belief that self-awareness is the most underrated survival skill in the world.

All your thoughts aren't facts.
But they've been running the show.

Limiting beliefs don't announce themselves. They quietly shape what you reach for, what you avoid, and what you decide you're allowed to become. Research by Carol Dweck and Kristin Neff shows that the shift from self-judgment to self-awareness is where real change begins.Together, we surface those hidden beliefs — and rewrite what's possible

You can't lead others
when you're tired yourself.

High performance doesn't come from pushing harder — it comes from knowing when to recover. Chronic overextension depletes the very resources you need to do your best work.We build the boundaries, rhythms, and self-permission that make sustainable success possible.

The skills that got you promoted won't automatically make you a great manager or leader. Research from the Centre for Creative Leadership shows that the identity shift from an individual contributor to a leader is one of the hardest — and most unsupported — transitions in a career.I help new managers/leaders build confidence, navigate difficult conversations, and lead without losing themselves.

One conversation can change everything.
Let's find out what's possible for you.

The most courageous thing you can do is decide that the label is not the final word.
If something on this page landed for you — that's not a coincidence. That's a signal worth following
